  • Information about any non-fungible token (NFT) linked to a specific and limited watch edition (e.g., token serial/ID, activation date, type of digital art)

  • Your comments and user-generated content (e.g., photos, videos, stories you share with us)

  • Your social network profiles (where you choose to share them)

  • Your preferences regarding our products

We collect this information directly from you.

Except where shipping to countries outside certain territories is necessary to perform your contract with us, we strive to transfer personal data only to providers located in Switzerland, the European Union, and the United Kingdom.

Some providers are located in or have entities in the United States. Your personal data may therefore be transferred to the U.S. These providers implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

  • We use Salesforce, Inc. for newsletter distribution. Salesforce participates in the Data Privacy Framework program.

We require third parties—whether inside or outside your country—to comply with relevant data protection laws. They may access and use your personal data only on our behalf and per our instructions for the specific tasks assigned to them.

For any cross-border transfer, we seek adequate protection for personal data transferred outside Switzerland and the EEA.

We may offer social plugins; in that case, we may collect and process information relating to your social-media account. The third-party platform’s use of information collected from you (or authorized by you) is governed by its own privacy policy and your settings on that service.

How do we store, secure, and retain data?
